The lab generates its first batch of human cerebellar organoids, in collaboration with Dr. Liliana Attisano's Applied Organoid core. The organoid contains BARHL1+ neurons which mark the rhombic lip progenitor niche which, when dysregulated, are hypothesized to give rise to forms of medulloblastoma.
